MISSION AND VALUES

Jomah Enterprise Inc’s mission is to give the Liberian orphans a chance at abundant life, hearty love, and a community by providing a safe environment for them to grow, learn and love the place they call home.

Jomah Enterprise Inc has 8 core values that it uses as its moral compass for best business practices. Please see the core values below:

*Provide servant leadership – As a leader or those in leadership roles will be active listener, be able to understand and empathize with others. As a servant leader, we will encourage awareness for the cause, provide foresight as to where the organization is and where we are heading. Most importantly, stewardship, we strive to be better steward of the role we are in.

* Dependability – As an organization we will strive to do what we say we will do, when we say   we will do, and how we say we will do it. Our service, task, roles, best business practices will be done to the best of our ability.
